In Fruits de Mer: Kamio and Akai, Tsukimori and Tsukishima encounter Kyogoku again. He is now known as Kouchi Kyogoku, and he is now a famous author of books on fishing. He is also the owner of the Blue Aquarium Restaurant, which is located at the entrance to the port of Izumo.
