We can also use perceiving and sensing interchangeably in the same sentence to mean "to perceive," as in "Bill is a good perceiver of people." "Perceiving" is a very general term that can be used to describe our entire mental process.

It's true that we don't have much to say about ourselves because we are introverted and our other four preferences are all extraverted. But we are also very perceptive, and our perceptions seem to be accurate most of the time.
