I am not a very good listener, and I tend to focus more on the actual action of a situation rather than what is being said. In some ways, I am a bit of a daredevil, and I sometimes find it difficult to control my impulses and emotions.
I tend to be quite impulsive, and I am always looking for new ways to express myself. I can be very outgoing and friendly, and people usually like me. However, I sometimes lack the discipline necessary to stick with plans that others have created for me.
I love taking risks and trying new things, but I am also quite cautious.
Colin Moriarty (born 2227) is a resident of Megaton and the owner of Moriarty's Saloon in 2277. He is a very proactive businessman and a staunch supporter of the "just business" approach to economics; if someone wants something from him, it had better be worth his while. Aside from providing alcohol and prostitutes for the town in exchange for a more than satisfactory amount of bottle caps, and extorting even more caps from whomever he can, he deals in information much more than the aforementioned worldly pleasures: he is very knowledgeable regarding the townspeople of Megaton, and is always keeping tabs on them in case he needs to blackmail them later. He has even done this enough to gain an unsavory reputation. Moriarty is also adamantly self-assured that Megaton is his town and Sheriff Lucas Simms is only "a facade" and "an illusion of order that Moriarty allows". If slavery is not bad enough, Moriarty forces Gob to pay for his room and board while also having to reimburse him.
