Raquel is a Boomer living at the Nellis Air Force Base in 2281. Can usually be found sitting on top of some shipping containers directly north of the entrance to the base. Additionally, one can find her when the Courier first enters Nellis. Initially, like the other Boomers, she has an antagonistic attitude towards the player character, openly admitting that she hopes the player dies during their quest. Her attitude does not improve much even if the player is Idolized by the Boomers, and is generally cold towards them.
