The Disciples personality type is ISTP, which stands for Investigative, Steady, and Self-reliant. When they see a problem, they’re not afraid to go and solve it. They are very stubborn individuals, and they tend to be very logical. They are adept at seeing things in black and white, and they’re not easily swayed. Some ISTPs do become conflict averse, but most of them can take on almost any conflict with great confidence.
They are naturally suspicious of people who claim to have all the answers, and will often be more inclined to believe a person who is more complex than their tendency to be simpleminded would allow. They also tend to be very impatient, and will often be more interested in the next thing on their schedule than in the present moment. They are also very driven by the need to complete tasks and are often more focused on reaching their goals than on enjoying the journey.
Of course, ISTPs do have problems with time management, but they usually make up for it by being able to compartmentalize their time and work on many different things at once. They have a knack for putting things together and seeing how they fit together in a larger picture.
