Ching personality type is ISTJ, and if you’re ISTJ, that means that you prefer to work within a system and to stick with the traditional values and the established patterns of the past. So what this means is that you have a strong need for structure and a need for a traditional life. You have a strong need to be organized and orderly. You have a strong need to have things done in a proper order. If you weren’t an ISTJ, you’d probably be an ISTP or an ISFJ. Your need for structure and order would take over your life totally, and not necessarily in a good way.
