I have to say that I am not a fan of the article. In my opinion, a real Te-dom is more of a Te-dom. The only difference is that instead of being a personality type, Te-dom is an attitude that can be used to describe someone (who is not necessarily a person with the same characteristics as a Te-dom).
Te is an attitude that can be used to describe someone (who is not necessarily a person with the same characteristics as a Te-dom). But it's not the same thing as being a person with the same characteristics as someone who is a Te-dom. The author seems to be implying, based on his own experience, that those who are not Te-doms are somehow lesser.
It's true that being a person with these characteristics sometimes makes your life better. But, being a person with these characteristics sometimes makes your life worse. This is because it may cause you to behave in ways that make it worse for you, too.
For example, it is likely to make you feel worse when you are manipulated or abused by others.
