When we work with this type of personality type, we have to remember that they are highly intuitive. They just get things. They can see things that we may not see. We may be able to see only what the other person is doing, but they can see the whole picture. They look at a situation differently than we do. They can see things that we miss. It takes a while for us to learn that because we tend to focus on what is happening right now.
