Z personality type is INTJ, and the former is the most common type among those who have been diagnosed with autism. The same is true of those with Asperger Syndrome.
In my personal experience, the majority of those diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome also have autistic traits. In other words, many people with Asperger Syndrome have a mild form of autism. This is not surprising because autism is a spectrum disorder, and the same is true of Asperger Syndrome.
The DSM-5 lists five traits as being characteristic for those with Asperger Syndrome:
Effortful social interaction, sometimes called "restricted" or "difficult to initiate conversation"
Appropriate social communication for specific purposes, often characterized as having a limited range of interests and repetitive behaviors and interests
Repetitive, stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities
Trouble understanding or using language
Trouble understanding visual spatial relationships
As you can see from this list, these traits are similar to those listed in the DSM-IV-TR for those who have been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome.
