Bufkin personality type is ENFP, a rare type that's a little rarer still in games, but nonetheless a type that's been written about a lot. While it's not as rare as I'd like to make it out to be, it is to my knowledge the only visual novel about the type, and the only one for a long time as well. Which is a bit of a shame, as I feel this would be a visual novel worth reading if it were written about any other type.
The Bufkin story is that of a particularly well-adjusted and well-liked person who happens to be an ENFP. As his name would suggest, he's a very much a "people person" and a "people pleaser". And as a result of this, he has a great deal of friends around him, all of whom have similar personalities to his own. He is the type who always wants to please everyone around him, and in doing so is constantly getting put down by them, until they finally snap and decide to stop being so mean to him.
Bufkin is an unincorporated community in Black Township, Posey County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.
