Grendel personality type is ESFP, but the strongest ESFPs are often not out and about in the community in the way that an ENTJ is. ENTJs can be found in leadership positions, for example. ESFPs are often just normal people. It’s not that they are not out in the community, but they don’t have to be — the ENTJ doesn’t have that kind of choice.
I’ve heard it said that the Grendel personality type is a natural choice for those who are not very good at persuasion. They’re more likely to be more genuine and honest than other personality types.
