Mochismo Personality Type, MBTI

Mochismo personality type is ESTP, so logistic thinking is their natural game. The problem is that my mother is an ESFP, which is the reason why I am so confused. Everyone has told me that ESFPs are the more social and extroverted ones, and that makes sense since that's what my mother is like. But my mother is not outgoing, in fact she's quiet and reserved most of the time. She's very motherly and takes care of everything. Logistic thinking is basically a mode of thinking that involves systematizing and making logical decisions, so I just don't understand why she would want to be a logistic thinker when she's so quiet and reserved?
