I don't agree with any of this. Ne is the only letter which is not a function letter. All other letters are function letters. If you are an ENTJ, your primary function is Ne, not Ti. If you are an ESTJ, your primary function is Ti, not Ne.
It is possible for an ENTJ to have an auxiliary Ne because it is always possible for any person to have an auxiliary function. It is possible for any person to have tertiary Ti because it is always possible for any person to have tertiary function.
Ti is the only function that is not a primary function. All other functions are primary functions. And if Ne is the auxiliary function, Ti should be the auxiliary function, not Ne.
If Ti were the auxiliary function, it would be perfectly logical for Senzaki to have called Seijuro an ENTJ, since Seijuro's primary function is Ti, not Ne.
However, Ti cannot be the auxiliary because INTJs are not supposed to have auxiliary functions.
