When I was working with my supervisors at the time to develop a marketing plan, I realized that my strengths were best suited for people-oriented work. As a result, I switched jobs and have avoided people-oriented jobs since — which is one reason I enjoy working in marketing. But I also think it's important to recognize that it doesn't mean I can't be successful at other types of work as well.

I'm straightforward and honest in my relationships, and I always tell people exactly how I feel.
