Rachel personality type is INFP, and she is an ISTJ. Others claim she could be an INTP, but I didn't see any evidence of it. Perhaps someone else will weigh in on this. I don't know her well enough to give a well-thought-out answer.
The title of the post is a reference to the fact that many people think that the "Ne" and "Fi" in her personality type labels (INFP and ISTJ, respectively), is a contradiction:

I couldn't agree more. In my opinion, this is one of the most interesting aspects of her personality type. It's not just a title for a blog post, it's a glimpse into her personality and mind, and a window into her identity as a person.
