Katja personality type is INTJ, but I would say she is a strong INTP.
I remember a conversation where we were talking about how she can be a bossy know-it-all. “Tell me what you’re thinking,” she said.
“Well,” I said, “I might have something to say on the subject…”
“Oh,” she said, “and I’m an expert.”
I was intrigued. I worked with her for three months, and then I left to start my own business. I noticed that she was not happy. She made it clear that she thought my work was subpar and that I was not a good enough leader. Her intellect was used as a weapon. She had no problem making this kind of judgment call about people she worked with, and she didn’t even know them!
During my time with her, I observed her in action and saw how she treated others, and yet I thought she was an INTJ. I’m a strong INTP, so I believed in the INTP theory of personality types.
