I’m not sure if that’s right or not, but it’s the only thing that makes sense. ISFPs are just shy enough to be introverted, but because they are so sensitive, they can get so overwhelmed by social interactions that they get anxious and withdraw. They get so overwhelmed by their emotions that they get spaced out.
And so they find themselves so tired that they feel like they want to get back to their cave and get away from the world for a while because all the stimulation has got them feeling like there’s too much going on, like they’re drowning in it.
So then they shut down, which makes them feel more tired, and then they want to go back to their cave and hide from everything for a while.
