I think we’re all different and we all have different personalities. Obviously, I’ve got a very strong connection with my brother and sister and they’re very different – they’re more extroverted – but we speak to each other on a daily basis and we still know what the other is thinking and we still understand each other.
There’s almost a shorthand. You know what they’re about and they know the same about you. So, if I was sitting on a panel with someone who was very different to me, I would struggle to connect with them. It would be difficult.
