ISTPs usually don’t like conflict in a social setting, but in a professional setting, they tend to be a little more aggressive about their ideas.
They’re also known for being pretty good at coming up with ideas quickly, and being able to see how something could be improved. ISTPs are often hard workers, and they’re generally pretty good at problem solving.
