As a Type R personality, I have a hard time being still. My body is always moving, and I have a hard time sitting still. I’m always doing something. I do this a lot, because it’s a way for me to “feel alive.”
It’s not a bad thing at all, but it can really be a problem when I’m trying to have a productive working relationship with other people or cause something to happen.
