My own personal experience with Walt was that he was driven to succeed by his pride in his ability to see what was not yet visible.
“Walt, I think you’re on the wrong track.”
“I can see that, but I’m sure I’m on the right one,” he would respond.
Walt was also driven by his inability to stand not knowing the answer to a question. Walt was always ready to try new ideas, but he never thought he had any idea what they were until he had tried them.

My own personal experience with the WINNER personality type was that they seemed to be able to think of ideas that had never been thought of before (and some that hadn’t even been thought of yet, which is what I consider to be “new ideas”).
