In his book Personality Types, Carl Jung wrote about the creative process as a “constantly renewed creation,” and as a “personal experience of the world as a meaningful whole.” ISFPs are especially interested in people and how they relate to each other, and they have a strong interest in the outside world and how it relates to them. As a result, they tend to be very creative and find inspiration from nature and real-life experiences.
A lot of ISFPs live in the real world, working as artists or craftsmen of some kind. For example, many of my friends are artists or designers, but I also know a lot of artists who are counselors at camp.
