I discovered this feeling first when I was about 12 years old. I did not like the feeling and rejected it. I felt that it was not me and that I should be able to change it. I felt that I should be able to get rid of my feelings, as I was not comfortable with them.
As an adult I realised that this is who I am and that I should accept this part of me. I should be able to change it, but I cannot.
I have worked on accepting this part of me and this feeling. There is no other way to get rid of it. However, I have come to realise that I have to accept it and work through it because it helps me to feel more whole.
