Li Fang personality type is ESFJ, and I don't think it's what I want. I don't like the idea of being someone's puppet. I have an urge to lead, but that doesn't mean I can't also listen to others and respect their opinions.
I have a tendency to lean towards the practical side and I like to do things the right way, and I think that's something that I can bring to the team. I've had many responsibilities in my life, but I haven't always been good at them, but I believe that I'm a very capable person that can do things well.
