Flora Ackroyd personality type is ISFJ, which I believe is in the same family as INTP. It is a very rare type, only around 2% of the population. It is also what I call a "gatekeeper" type. This means that the ISFJ type will not let anything through that they do not deem acceptable. This is what the ISFJ personality is like. They have an "I" and an "F" side to them, they are very much like us, with the exception that they have an extra set of filters that they use to determine if something is OK or not. They are very principled and will not let anything pass that they do not agree with, because, for them, it has to be right. They want to make sure that things are fair, just, and equal for everyone. They are very ethical and moral. They are extremely hard working people, who are on the job from the moment they get up in the morning until they go to bed at night. They value truth and being fair. There are certain things that they will do or say without hesitation, because they know that it is correct. They tend to be very thorough and like to make sure things are done correctly before moving on to something else.
