ISTJs are good at following directions and doing what they are told to do. They are great listeners and listeners often find them a very pleasant person to talk to. They like to do things well, and they like to make things happen. This type of person is generally dependable and reliable.
The main thing that ISTJs bring to the table is their dependability. They make good employees because they are very loyal and they will stick with you even if things go bad.
