My being a teacher was a bad match for my personality type. There were a lot of other factors that might have made that match worse.
But this is a topic for another blog post. The point I want to make here is that you can be a teacher without being a good one.
You can be a good teacher without being a good business owner. You can be a bad business owner without being a bad teacher.
The key to being a good teacher is having the right personality type for the job.
So if you want to be a better teacher, find the personality type that best matches your personality. And then focus on that.
