Humphrey personality type is ENTP, and I’m an ENFP which would make me an HSP. The difference between the two is that I’m a high-functioning ENTP and she’s a high-functioning ENFP, so we both have a similar personality type, but I’m more introverted and her extraversion is more extreme. In terms of temperament, that’s a huge difference. I’m a warm-hearted introvert, and she’s a cold-hearted extrovert.
I have a lot of trouble feeling empathy for people. I have a hard time getting to know people and understanding their struggles, because I can’t feel their pain. It’s something I struggle with, and it could be because I’m an introvert. I don’t know. One thing that helps me is when I read books that are about people who are struggling to feel empathy. In my opinion, that helps a lot.
That way, I can understand people. But in real life, I can’t really empathize with people. So in the long run, it’s not a good trait.
