I like to keep things moving and keep things interesting. I like to keep people on their toes and provide them with something novel and new and unexpected and entertaining and challenging. I like to keep them guessing and challenging them, and then they can go off and do their own thing and see if they can do it better.
If there is a lot of pressure, I get overwhelmed. I get caught up in the details and lose sight of the bigger picture. I lose track of the big picture because I am so focused on the details. I don’t like to take risks. I hate doing things that will be uncomfortable or dangerous. I get very nervous and scared, and I get overwhelmed.
I find it very difficult to delegate tasks and responsibilities and tasks and responsibilities and tasks and responsibilities. If you’re asking me to do something that would be a bit risky or dangerous or something that would take a lot of effort or be uncomfortable, I will say no. I would much rather do something that’s more safe, more comfortable, something that’s easier for me.
