She is really smart and has a good insight on situations, but she is realist in nature too. She is a good judge of character and knows people's weakness and strengths. She is also a very good listener! I think this is something that ESFP should be good at, but unfortunately a lot of ESFP I met are bad listeners.
However, her weakness is that she doesn't like to take any initiative. She is a very passive person who likes to wait for others to make the first move. She is also very quiet, which I don't like. I like when people talk, especially when they talk about things that are interesting, or are stupid, or have something controversial! But, she doesn't say anything unless you ask her or unless she thinks you may need help or advice.
