Razor personality type is ESTP, then I would lean towards a more ENFJ route.
The ESFJ route – the least interesting, and by far the most common – is a bit too pure and simplistic for me. I like to think of the ESFJ as the "Fire" type, since they are idealists, always striving to improve themselves and others (and not just for their own sake), and are very focused on their careers. ESFJs are socially responsible, generous, and like to be seen as helpful and sincere. They are often the backbone of the organization they work with, because they are quite powerful people with great influence. ESFJs are also very focused on the present (they tend to be good time managers), and they like to make their mark on the world (in positive ways, of course). If you want an ESFJ character in fiction, you'll most likely see someone who is too good at their job, too kind to be real, or too helpful to be trustworthy.
ESFP traits typically come out in creative or dramatic roles (especially action-oriented ones), but it's not uncommon to see them in more straight-laced roles as well.
