Ano Maki personality type is ESFJ, which is what I call the "Everyday" type, who is more focused on the "everyday" and less on the more sophisticated world that ESFJs work in. This is still an idealist type, just one who is more focused on the "everyday", and often the more simplistic things in life. This type would be the type that I have described as the "everyday mom", or the "everyday dad" (the ESFJ's partner). It is not a negative thing, but it is not as "sophisticated" as other types. Some may think that this type would be boring, but I do not agree. I think this IS a good type for everyday life!
So, ESFJs are supposed to be the best of all of the Myers Briggs types, and I think this is true. They are very practical and down-to-earth, which is what I am looking for in a partner. They are great listeners and are very good at reading people and situations. They are honest and fair in dealings. They are very caring and interested in people's lives and want to help them out. They are very supportive and like to help others.
