I am an INFJ and I know what it's like to be so concerned with others' feelings and care-taking them that I feel like I'm losing myself in the process.
I'm sure we've all experienced this, but for me it feels like I'm becoming my loved one. For instance, when my parents got divorced, I felt like I was losing my identity because my identity is tied up with my parents.
