Leela Shah personality type is ISFJ, which is the same as mine. I think the only thing that's different is that she's a little more extroverted than I am. But she's also a very creative and she has a lot of drive in her. And so I see a lot of myself in her.
Brett McKay: So it's interesting when you look at yourself, you see a little bit of yourself in other people, right?
Leela Shah: Yeah. Well, I mean, I think that's something we all do, but I find that if you're not honest with yourself and if you're not honest with other people, it can be very damaging to relationships, and especially in business. And so I think one of the things that I've learned through my coaching practice is that if you're open with yourself and you're open with other people, you can really have a lot of fun together.
Brett McKay: So what are you doing for your business? You've got your coaching business, you have your website and all that stuff, right?
Leela Shah: Yeah.
