Charizard personality type is ESTP, unless you're a Pichu. They're fun, energetic, talkative and usually loud. Pichu is also known as the "Empoleon" of Electric Pokemon, but that's an entirely different story.
This is a Pokémon that has been around since Generation I, and one that many consider to be the best starter choice in the series.
Even though it's a Fire and Electric type, it's also a Normal and Fighting type in the games. Not only that, but it's also weak to Steel, and is vulnerable to Grass. Pichu is actually a decent fighter in battle, but it's got a low HP stat and can learn just about anything.
And when it evolves into Pikachu, the only thing that changes is its stats, but it does become a much better Pokemon in battle.

Charizard, known in Japan as Lizardon, is a Pokémon in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. Created by Atsuko Nishida, Charizard first appeared in the video games Pokémon Red and Blue and subsequent sequels. They have later appeared in various merchandise, spinoff titles and animated and printed adaptations of the franchise. It is known as the Flame Pokémon. Shin-ichiro Miki, the actor who voices James in the original Japanese version of the Pokémon anime, voices Charizard in both the Japanese and English-language versions of the anime. An orange, draconic Pokémon, Charizard is the evolved form of Charmeleon and the final evolution of Charmander. It also has two Mega Evolved forms, Mega Charizard X and Y, that were likely both designed by Tomohiro Kitakaze, the designer of Mega Charizard X, and are not permanent and always revert to the normal Charizard form once a battle is complete.
