Togetic personality type is ENFJ, which means that he is an idealist who recognizes the need for change, but who is less interested in the practical applications of that change. His idealism makes him good at identifying the flaws in an idea or system, but not so good at coming up with new ideas or systems that are better. His ideas are often great improvements on the old ones, but they never quite make it out of the initial stage.
When he does start to put his idealism toward use, he is very good at creating plans that are exciting to his people. He would be good at creating a business plan or a new marketing campaign for a company. He is also good at creating plans that help the people in his life. He is good at devising a plan to help his friends or his family.
He is not good at coming up with plans to improve the world around him. He is not good at coming up with systems to combat pollution or diseases or hunger. He can recognize the problems, but he doesn’t have the energy to do anything about them.
This doesn’t mean he can’t do anything about them.
Togetic is a Fairy/Flying type Pokémon introduced in Generation 2. It is known as the "Happiness Pokémon". They say that it will appear before kindhearted, caring people and shower them with happiness. It grows dispirited if it is not with kind people. It can float in midair without moving its wings. Although it does not flap its wings very much, it can stay up in the air as it tags along after its trainer.
