ENFJ's are very much concerned with consensus, and will do almost anything to get people on board with their ideas. They are very much like the NF side of the MBTI. But whereas NF's tend to be very stubborn and make very strong decisions, ENFJ's will go along with whatever most people are trying to do.
ENFJ's are much more worried about the feelings of others than the facts. This is a big part of the NF part of the MBTI, but it's also a big part of ENFJ's E-I axis.
