Peyton Flanders personality type is INFJ, and I can't find any INFJ-related quotes on the internet (for example the famous "Ni" and "Fi" quotes on INTJ's and ENTJ's respectively). I remember reading about an INFJ therapist who self diagnosed herself as an INFJ, and she said that INFJs cope with stress in a way that is very unhealthy.
Interesting, I don't often read about INFJs. I was wondering if you could elaborate on how the INFJ's coping mechanisms for stress would be unhealthy.
This is a great question and I would like to expand on this further. Unfortunately the INFJ is the least understood type and we may not even be able to get a consensus on how we should refer to ourselves and others identify us. I will do my best to answer this question though.
As an INFJ myself, it is so hard to explain what we think and feel, but there are some general ideas I've found helpful. We get stressed out by the things we want to do and want to avoid doing. We get stressed out by the people in our lives, whether they are the people we love the most, or our co-workers, parents, kids, or bosses.
