Brian Kelly personality type is ENTP, so I am a little confused as to why he criticized infuse’s decision. However, his criticism seems to be more about the fact that he is tasked with evaluating the people who are being recruited. He (and his colleagues) feel that they have been used to make decisions that are not in the best interests of the program. He also felt that the infuse method of using nameplates to identify the new recruits was not appropriate.
Some other interesting points in this article include the fact that Kelly said “I’m kind of like a (expletive), you know, like a (expletive).” This statement makes it sound like Kelly is a difficult person. However, I would say that I am much further from this description than Kelly is.
