Sutton Brady personality type is ESFJ, and I am an ENFJ. I wouldn't say we're close, but we get along fine. And I know the others get along great with each other too.
I think that's a really good thing for a team to do, and I would like to see more of that. Not that I'm trying to get the band back together, but I think it's really important to have a team that can work together and communicate well.
It's not easy to get everyone together and work on their own stuff, but it's worthwhile. And when you get people who can work well together, it's such a huge advantage.
Q: What's your favorite memory of the band?
A: I remember when we used to all be together in one room and we were told "Let's just work on one song," and we'd all just go off and come back and work on them individually and then we'd all listen and criticize and all that. And we'd just be like "OK, let's just do another one." It was always very easy for us to get together and figure out what our individual strengths were and how to make something really awesome.
