Introversion and extraversion are two of the most important traits you can have when you are building your business. And it is not because “people with introversion are more successful” or “extraverts are happier”. It is because introverts are better at focusing on one task at a time. They are more aware of their surroundings. They are more aware of what they are doing. And this is why they are able to think more deeply about their goals.
I think it really boils down to this: Introverts are better at making plans. Extraverts are better at starting up.
