They are very passionate about people and can talk at length about them. They can be a bit of a people pleaser. ESFJs are givers and love to help others. They are also well organized and can keep dozens of projects going at once. They are very good listeners and radiate warmth and friendliness to everyone they meet. They often have deep convictions about things and therefore have the ability to be very judgmental. ESFJs are good listeners, however they sometimes have trouble articulating their thoughts.
