Takezo Onda personality type is ISFJ, which means they are known as the "Protector" for the team. Junko is the team's medic, and is the only one who can heal the others when they are hurt.
You can see this in action in episode 18 when her ISFJ personality kicks in when she realizes that Junko was feeling left out of the conversations with the others. You can tell that she was trying to be nice to Junko, but that she was probably feeling excluded by the others.
This is also shown when she asks Junko "How is it? To be able to determine what is right and wrong?" It's notable that this line is later changed. Before, she asks "How is it, to be able to determine what is right and wrong?"

Takezo Onda is Misako's editor, as well as Sana's when she produces her first book. He is obsessive about his job, and follows Misako around constantly trying to convince her to meet her deadlines. She takes enjoyment in torturing him by waiting until the very last minute to turn anything in, and even then, turning something fake in to make him let his guard down temporarily.
He is almost always around Misako, practically living with her as he tries to obtain her manuscripts. Misako spends most of her time running away from him around the house.
