Washimi Serina personality type is INFP, which means that they're idealistic, sensitive, and a little melancholy. I would have loved to see some of the other character's types. I'm intrigued by Mako's ESTP personality type, but we don't get to see it.
Kazuto is the only major character who doesn't get his own intro, but even so, he's the main focus of what we get. He's a nice guy, if a little bit of a dork sometimes, who's more than willing to help anyone in need, even his enemies. He's compassionate, but not in a weak way. A lot of people think he's goofy and silly, but I think that's what makes him a likable character. He's loyal and caring, and he instantly trusts Haru in the very first episode. I wish we had more insight into his personality, though.
It's interesting that Haru and Kazuto aren't the only main characters who don't get their own intro. Even Araragi gets the short end of the stick, with his intro being just a few lines at the end of the intro credits.
