Chris Heathfield personality type is ENFJ, an extraverted intuitive sensing type. I have always been a strong believer that our personality type can be changed or influenced by our experiences and our environment, and I know that my personality has been changed by the experiences I have had and the people I have met since I began this journey. I am not sure what my personality type would be like if I’d never had any children, and I think it is quite obvious that I am now a much happier person as a result of having my children.
I now believe that the main thing that changed me as a parent was not having any previous experience of parenting, and it was having many conversations with other parents as I began to research the different styles of parenting and how to be a good parent. I was surprised to find out that there were so many different styles of parenting and I was very keen to find out more about them and how to be a good parent, but at the same time I was very nervous and anxious because I didn’t know what to expect and how it would all work out, and what would happen if it didn’t work out.
