Clayton Personality Type, MBTI

Clayton personality type is ISTJ, with a few variants (but only one in the book, in my opinion). ISTJs are known for their thought-processes, which in my opinion are very accurate in most cases. I find ISTJs to be the most logical and organized of the cognitive functions, and thus they make perfect data analysts and accountants. They often make great researchers and historians as well. ISTJs tend to be strict and orderly, and to be inflexible and hard to persuade. My dad is an ISTJ, and this is probably why he prefers his old books and records over his new ones. If he’s not careful, he’ll end up with piles of old paper everywhere. I don’t know any ISTJs who aren’t obsessed with order. My boyfriend’s family is also an ISTJ, and I swear they’re like cats: always purring and rubbing up against you and following you around and getting underfoot and making you mad.
