They are often seen as deep introverts or quiet people, which is not entirely accurate. INFPs and INFJs can be very talkative people who enjoy talking to others. They just do not enjoy it when it is forced upon them. INFJs would much prefer to listen than to talk.
INFJs are also very intelligent and can be highly schooled individuals. They enjoy the intellectual stimulation that comes from school, but their mind is usually put to better use elsewhere. In fact, I would argue that the need to be constantly learning is one of the INFJs most important functions.
INFJs are the ones you will find reading books and thinking deeply about the world around them. They are also the ones you will find taking classes and studying hard for exams and essays.
