Lucy was devastated and started to cry in the hospital. A nurse asked her if she was okay. She replied that she was not okay at all. She said that she just lost her best friend and that she would always miss her. This made the nurse comfort Lucy by telling her that she would find someone new. Lucy then left the hospital with a smile on her face, saying that she would find a new best friend.
She ends up meeting someone new at the bar where she is working, who turns out to be an old friend of Rachel's who has been traveling for the past seven years. She is ecstatic about meeting him and asks him what he has been doing for the past seven years. He tells her that he has been traveling the world and that he is a big fan of hers. Lucy is happy to see him again and asks him how he knew Rachel.
