I’ve also taken to exploring the Myers Briggs website. It’s a great resource for understanding the different types of personality that exist. Through reading about the different types, and learning about my own type, I began to understand my strengths and weaknesses.
I became more aware of the traits that I possessed. I learned to accept all of them, and become better at using them appropriately. I realized that it was not the other people who made me feel so different, but instead it was my own personality traits that dictated my feelings towards others.
The real reason why I still struggle with self-confidence issues is because I have difficulty understanding the different people around me.
I have trouble seeing the good in other people, especially in those I don’t really know very well.
