    ENTP (5w6)

Vince Staples personality type is ENTP, which makes him an ideal candidate for this job. His style is more hands on, and he is more likely to be the one to change the system. He is the type who will take things into his own hands and implement his own ideas into the system. The more hands on he is, the more likely he is to succeed.

His only weakness is being too hands on. He sometimes gets so fixated on a new idea that he misses the bigger picture of how things are working right now. He needs to figure out how to delegate some of his work so that he can focus on the bigger picture. This is no problem for him because he is more of a people person than a technical person, which will allow him to naturally lead naturally.
